RAINBOW OBSIDIAN (NOSTRADAMUS)

The Story behind Rainbow Obsidian

Some of you may find the last subject rather unusual, but I will explain. I had finished recording four songs and felt that I had accomplished what I set out to do, so I hung up my guitar and pen. Then one day as I walked along a beautiful wind swept beach on the West coast of Scotland glistening on the ground was a small dark rock. After some research it was identified as Rainbow Obsidian which interestingly was used by Nostradamus as part of his mixture in a bowl of brine to create a mirror to predict the future. Whether you believe this, or not, further study revealed that he was certainly an intriguing character. From that information on his life, predictions, and death the song Rainbow Obsidian was created.
